Adult Fitness Class: The Energy Barre Pop-Up

Trying to get in shape or just want to have some fun? Inspired by ballet, in combination with many other fitness techniques, barre classes are a fun and healthy way to get moving to music while toning, strengthening, and restoring balance to the body.
