FAQs

The library is working with City officials on conducting a safe, phased reopening in accordance with city, state, and CDC guidance. As of Monday, September 14 we are are offering expanding services by appointment only.

Please email us at bev@noblenet.org. Staff is available to answer your questions.

If you prefer, give us a call Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM at 978-921-6062 for the main library or 978-921-6066 for the Farms branch. Please leave a message if staff is unavailable to answer and someone will get back to you.

We are posting updates, activities, and online resources on Facebook and Twitter. And you can join our email list for news. Remember, we are always open online.

The book drops at the main library and the Farms branch are open for all materials. For the safety of our community, all returns will be quarantined for one week before being checked in. If you receive an automated overdue notice during this time you may ignore it. Be assured that your item will be checked in and you will not accrue any fines.

For everyone’s safety please only return items to the book drop. Staff cannot accept returns. Please call us at 978-921-6062 if you have something that won’t fit in the book drop and we’ll make arrangements.

Front Door Service is here! Our “Front Door Service” allows you to place holds online and pick them up during designated hours. We are all excited to get materials back in your hands!

The Bookmobile must be run regularly to prevent issues stemming from disuse. With this in mind, we have been taking the Bookmobile for brief drives to keep it in good working order.
The Bookmobile is not making stops and is not open for browsing at this time, but home delivery is available for those who have special concerns that prevent them from accessing the library. Please contact Katie Marsh with questions about home delivery at kmarsh@noblenet.org or 978-778-5886.
