FAQs

Yes, the library is open for certain services. We are working with City officials on conducting a safe, phased reopening in accordance with city, state, and CDC guidance. Check our Phased Reopening page for the most up-to-date information.

Please email us at bev@noblenet.org, or bef@noblenet.org for the Farms branch. Staff is available to answer your questions.

If you prefer, give us a call at 978-921-6062 for the main library or 978-921-6066 for the Farms branch. Please leave a message if staff is unavailable to answer and someone will get back to you.

We are posting updates, activities, and online resources on Facebook and Twitter. And you can join our email list for news. Remember, we are always open online.

The outdoor book drops and indoor return slots at both the main library and the Farms branch are open for all materials. 

Come in during our open hours with the items described on our Borrow page. Or, to apply for a library card online, complete this form and a staff member will be in touch with you.

Our WiFi extends outdoors. Please feel free to sit outside or park in our lot to use the WiFi. Be sure to follow appropriate social distancing guidelines by staying six feet away from others.

Due to operational challenges, the bookmobile is currently off the road. Home delivery of library materials remains available. If you have special concerns that prevent you from accessing the library, please contact Katie Marsh to discuss options at kmarsh@noblenet.org or 978-778-5886.
