Do you love eating or cooking with fresh mushrooms? Did you know you can find wild edible mushrooms right here on the North Shore? We’re in the middle of mushroom hunting season, the perfect time to learn how to forage this nutritious and delicious food source.
Join Beverly’s own Dugie Russell, to learn his secrets for locating potential mushroom hot-spots on the North Shore. A mushroom hunter for over 40 years, Dugie will address the identification of edible mushrooms, point out poisonous fungi to be avoided, and relate other facts, tips and anecdotes.
