In this busy, fast-paced world, peace can seem like an elusive commodity. Come join Eileen Carlotto, a longtime meditation practitioner, for an engaging program that will highlight effective meditation techniques that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation, promote inner growth, and improve your physical, mental, and spiritual health. Eileen will also include a short (chair) meditation sitting. Begin your New Year with meditation and join Eileen as she invites you on this journey! The program is free and open to adults – signup not required. Teens also welcome.
Eileen Carlotto is a middle school art teacher and has been a student of meditation for almost 30 years. She has been to India many times to deepen her practice.
