Are you interested in eBooks but just haven’t learned how to use them yet? Would you like to listen to digital audiobooks directly from your smartphone? This class will teach you the basics of eBooks and digital audiobooks using OverDrive. Meet Libby and learn how to search for books and check them out with your personal device. We will also take a sneak peak at Hoopla, coming soon to the Beverly Public Library! Questions? Contact Lisa at ryan@noblenet.org or 978-921-6062, ext. 2120.

Libby, the One-Tap Reading App

Meet Libby, the new, one-tap reading app developed by OverDrive. Borrow or browse our thousands of ebooks and audiobooks instantly, for free, using just the device in your hand. If you’re an OverDrive user who mostly reads or listens directly in the app, you’ll find Libby much simpler to use. If you’ve never used OverDrive, we suggest you start with Libby.

Download Libby from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft. It’s quick and easy for first-time users and has many other great features, including a merged display for titles from multiple libraries, easily sending titles to a Kindle, and switching back and forth between different library cards. Simply sign in with your library card and get started! Questions? Feel free to ask our Reference staff for assistance: 978-921-6062 (6066 for the Farms branch), or bev@noblenet.org.
