The 2020 Summer Reading Program ended Friday, August 14. Thanks for joining us on this imagination adventure. Congratulations to all the readers who participated. Enthusiastic readers of all ages put forth their best effort and we had a total of 369 participants!

We want to thank the Friends of the Beverly Public Library for providing continuing support for summer reading programs. With their generous support we were able to offer multiple gift cards from local businesses as raffle prizes. Winners have been drawn and contacted. Congratulations!

Summer Reading Challenge
We challenge Beverly kids and teens to read for a total of 250,000 minutes! This summer we are participating in the first statewide summer reading challenge, the “First Lady of the Commonwealth & Blades Summer Reading Challenge.” By reading collaboratively and reaching our goal we will be eligible to enter a drawing for awesome Boston Bruins prizes! Kids and teens, just join our Summer Reading Program and we’ll track and submit the time. Together we can accomplish our goal of reading 250,000 minutes.
